Terms & Conditions for Wowterless Foam Car Wash Services

Thank you for choosing Wowterless Foam Car Wash. We are thrilled to have you as part of our family. Please take a few minutes to review the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS regarding our services:

Interior Cleaning

Service Options: Interior cleaning will be provided based on the plan selected by you. This service includes vacuuming, polishing dashboards, and cleaning tyres, trims, and bumpers. Our cleaner will collect the keys from you and return them after the cleaning. All necessary cleaning materials and tools will be provided by us.

Exterior Cleaning

Waterless Foam Cleaning: Exterior cleaning will be provided based on the plan selected by you. We use a waterless foam solution to clean your car’s exterior, ensuring a polished finish without using water.

Service Availability

Operational Hours: Our services are available every day, with no off days. Service will be provided as per the selected schedule, whether daily, alternate days, or weekly.

Cleaner Assignment

Initial Assignment: A dedicated cleaner will be assigned to you based on availability at your requested time slot. If the assigned cleaner is unavailable (e.g., leaves the service), a replacement cleaner will be arranged.

Replacement Cleaner

Substitution: If your assigned cleaner is on leave, a replacement cleaner will be provided. You will receive a notification with the details of the replacement cleaner.

Missed Service

Credits: If we cannot provide a replacement cleaner, you will receive service credits. These credits can be redeemed through the App while your subscription is active.

Not at Home

Notification: If you do not need a service on a particular day, please notify us 24 hours in advance via the App. We will cancel that visit and provide service credits for future use. Failure to notify us in time will be considered as the service being provided. Key Handover: If you are not home or do not have the keys available, the cleaner will clean the exterior only, and this will be considered as a completed service.

Rainy Days

Service Delays: During the rainy season, service may be delayed due to weather conditions. We will keep you informed through the App. In cases of heavy rain, flooding, or other force majeure events, services may be suspended.

Start and Renewal Date

Subscription Start: The start date of your subscription is the first day of cleaning service. Renewal dates will be the same date each month thereafter.

Renewals

Payment: To maintain active service, ensure payment is made before the renewal date. Failure to make timely payment will result in the subscription becoming inactive. We recommend setting up auto-debit to avoid service interruption.

Pricing

Competitive Pricing: Our pricing reflects the quality of our product and services. Pricing may change based on various factors. We will notify you 15 days prior to the renewal date if there is a price change.

Safety and Security

Customer Recommendations: Do not leave valuables inside the car, including the boot/trunk. Verify the identity of the cleaner who comes to collect the keys by checking their name and photo on the App. Report any issues immediately through the App for prompt investigation.

Liability

Cleaning Results: We use waterless foam cleaning to keep your car dust-resistant. We are not responsible for dirt accumulation due to rain, dust, or other external factors immediately after cleaning. It is advisable to park your car in a shaded area or a covered space to avoid damage from bird droppings and leaves.
